Take note, Here's Body Signs Excess Protein
Protein is one of the substances needed by the body. But
when consumed in excess, protein can cause health risks. So, how to mark the
excess body protein?
"Actually if the excess protein is still not why, the
origin of kidney function is still good and not in the long term lho,"
said Dr. Titi Sekarindah, MS, SpGK to detikHealth recently.
Furthermore Dr. Titi said someone who has excess protein in
a long time will look skinny physically. Because basically the organ that will
be at risk when the body of excess protein in the long term is the kidney.

"Kidney's function is to remove toxins in the body.Well
when the function decreased it was even toxic poison in the body," said a
doctor who practices in this Central Hospital Pertamina.
While contacted separately, Dr. Yustina Anie Indriastuti,
MSc, SpGK says one should perform laboratory tests to see if the body has
excess protein or not.
"Indications of excess protein can be seen from
laboratory tests, among others, through urea in the blood," added Dr.
Anie.
