Sports if done regularly can bring health benefits to make a
long life. It's just that there are still a few people who do it for various
reasons, especially the reason did not have time or busy.
Well then if it does not have time then experts suggest that
people exercise in the morning before the move. The atmosphere in the morning
is still fresh but again this can also be a challenge because usually people
are feeling lazy.
How to handle it? The medical correspondent for CNN dr
Sanjay Gupta says one can start by getting used to it.

"We all must have experienced this, so the first thing
to do is make sure that our sleep is sufficient first around 7-8 hours,"
said dr Sanjay as quoted by CNN, Thursday (4/27/2017).
With enough sleep then by itself the body will feel fresh
not sleepy when having to get up early for exercise.
In addition Dr. Sanjay also suggested that invite others to
be a reminder or a better friend exercise. Thus the individual can remind each
other and support so that sports activities do not feel boring.
"Invite friends who can ensure that you will get up and
exercise," said Dr. Sanjay.
"Promise yourself that you have to work out, give a
small reward if you succeed in doing it because human nature is actually quite
simple for certain things," said Dr. Sanjay.
